Shipping at a glance
- Delivery area: Delhi NCR only.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-7 days after your order is placed.
- Delivery charges: Calculated by Porter based on your delivery location.
1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver only within Delhi NCR, including Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. We do not deliver to any other part of India or outside the country.
If you place an order for an address outside Delhi NCR, we will contact you. If it cannot be delivered, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
2. Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates, counted in days from the date your order is placed. Most orders arrive within 2-7 days.
3. Delivery charges
We deliver through Porter. The delivery charge depends on Porter’s rate for your delivery location and distance.
- The exact delivery charge is shown at checkout, before you make the payment.
- You pay only the amount shown at checkout. There are no hidden charges added after payment.
- If your order is cancelled or refunded under our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy, the delivery charge is refunded along with it.
4. Delays
Traffic, weather, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control can occasionally delay delivery. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, so the delivery partner can reach you. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will help.
5. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. See Section 3 of our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy for details.
